grrrrrr

Oh the power of backing up one\’s data base which I will admit I don\’t do as often as I should.  The last time being November (I think)

So all my posts from December got wiped out due to the fact that my web hosting sucks ass in so many ways had UN-scheduled maintenance on my server which once again has resulted in loss of data.  Meh whatever my blog isn\’t *that* important per say in terms of data.  My website as whole however is and so help me God if anything tragic happened/happens to it.  Then I will have a fit of epic proportions.

I have lots of catching up to do, but I\’m still in vacation mode and don\’t feel like doing it right now.  However once I get home and get my new pc up and running I shall be a little more diligent about getting back on track once again!

Oh man…

Or I should say oh damn!  I\’m not going to elaborate, I flat out refuse to \”divulge\” some details on here.  But let\’s just say if things work out in my favor which needless to say they haven\’t thus far…

I\’M GOING TO HAVE ONE AWESOME WEEKEND!

Which is just as well, seeing as how this might be my last free weekend ever.  But I shall see…  In any case, maybe this is a sign that things are looking up for once?

Stay tuned 😉

PS: CC: I just may have some decent gossip for you ha ha!

*EDIT* Whilst in the middle of a rather awesome dream at 10:30 this morning I was jarred awake by the damn phone!  Once I realized it was Dominic from one of the interviews I had I was a whole lot less pissy so I have a job trial on Sunday morning!  He told me that he tried out 2 people so far, one failed miserably and one was only half good.  I can top that or at the very least attempt to.

So today I have a few \”loose ends\” to tie up with a few people.  Laundry has to get done *ick* hate doing my damn laundry!  The this evening is bound to be good if I get that phone call.  I shall see!

The entire text of \”How to Heal Depression\” is available to read on the internet for free. Our approach to the treatment of depression is twofold. One is healing the brain, as current medical research points to biochemical imbalances in the brain as the seat of depression. The second is healing the mind-overcoming negative habits of thought and action which may cause, or be caused by, depression.

Change Your Mind. There are many reasons why people do not get help for mental health problems. FEAR, SHAME, and EMBARRASSMENT often prevent individuals and their families from doing anything. Mental health problems are real, and they deserve to be treated. It is not a person\’s fault if he or she has a mental health problem. No one is to blame.

Because of the internal nature of depression and loneliness, thousands of youth who appear to be happy are screaming silently in the deepest emotional pain. What can we do? We can help youth with the Yellow Ribbon Suicide Prevention Program. Teens and youth use this very unique program – they are learning a vital life skill and lives are being saved! Chapters, schools & organizations  throughout the U.S. and in 47 countries use this powerful program. We invite you to join with others and help save lives!

QPR stands for Question, Persuade, and Refer — 3 simple steps that anyone can learn to help save a life from suicide. Just as people trained in CPR and the Heimlich Maneuver help save thousands of lives each year, people trained in QPR learn how to recognize the warning signs of a suicide crisis and how to question, persuade, and refer someone to help. Each year thousands of Americans, like you, are saying \”Yes\” to saving the life of a friend, colleague, family member, or neighbor. QPR can be learned in our Gatekeeper course in as little as one hour.

Since I\’ve had numerous ask me if I had my work online I though that I might as well get off my ass and publish some of my \”work\”.  Photography is a hobby for me and nothing more.

Some of you may like it, some of you may think it sucks.  Which is fine because regardless of what you think, keep in mind that I don\’t care either way.

Broken down into categories to make for easier viewing, enjoy!
