OMG seriously, UGHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!\u00a0 My picky pain in the ass<\/span> environmentally friendly kitty likes one kind of litter and one kind only which under normal circumstances is fine.\u00a0 Except when every damn supermarket in town DOESN\\’T HAVE IT IN STOCK!\u00a0 I usually have ample amounts on hand, but somehow I got sidetracked and didn\\’t get her any last week when I should have (when I seen it even though she didn\\’t need it).<\/p>\n

I usually grab it on the way to work since provigo\/loblaws\/maxi are the only chains that I am aware of that carry PC (presidents choice products)\u00a0 however the one I go to is small and doesn\\’t have that much selection.\u00a0 So I wasn\\’t too shocked when I discovered 2 days in a row that they were sold out.\u00a0 No biggie, there\\’s another provigo not too far from work in the opposite direction and a loblaws not too far from that provigo either.\u00a0 Maxi is<\/span> was out of the question because there isn\\’t any in my immediate\/relative area.\u00a0 I think that there must be a back order or something with the manufacture because this is ridiculous!<\/p>\n

So before I left work I conferred with Donna about what the best direction was to go since she knows this end of city far better then I do.\u00a0 However I am beyond geographically challenged and get lost far to easily sometimes!\u00a0 Anyone who knows me could likely attest to this ha ha.\u00a0 Anyway long story short I went the WRONG way (surprise, surprise) and ended up in Cote St. Luc when I was *supposed* to be in NDG still.\u00a0 Thankfully it was a nice day out and walking for oh almost an hour and half didn\\’t bug me.\u00a0 Besides I needed the exercise.<\/p>\n

So I hopped on the 104 to Sherbrooke & Cavendish to check out the provigo I should have been at around 6 (this was pushing close to 8pm at this point).\u00a0 Of course they\\’re sold out too, good lord!\u00a0 So I thought well Loblaws is about 10-15 min away on foot so why not, and of course they too are sold out of this damn litter!\u00a0 This is what I get for trying to be more environmentally friendly :p\u00a0 Granted I too prefer this brand of cat litter because its all natural, smells really nice, no dust, bio-degradable and flushable!\u00a0 I know the flushable aspect bothers some people but really how different is it from what *WE* as humans flush down the toilet?\u00a0 Nothing…\u00a0 Not a damn thing.<\/p>\n

So until I can score some of this litter from somewhere, and I swear as soon as Provigo gets it back in stock i\\’m buying it ALL!\u00a0 I have the clay stuff too in case of emergency such as this, but she hates it to the point that she chucks it out of her box!\u00a0 So after working 8 hours, walking for about 3 to try and find this cat litter which I never did locate I\\’m not impressed!\u00a0 I did however score a great deal on bacon, strawberries, my favorite cereal, yogurt, bagels, steak\u00a0 and these butter pecan cookies that I ADORE and haven\\’t seen in forever!\u00a0 So all was not totally lost at least for me, Heddy on the other hand… She\\’ll just have to deal!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
