Even if some things rarely, if ever change throughout the year.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. What did you do in 2014 that you\u2019d never done before?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This list should be long but I\\&#8217;m drawing a blank.\u00a0 It hasn\\&#8217;t been an adventurous year due to a lack of resources but I try to make it a point to try new things.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Did you keep your new year\u2019s resolutions, and will you make more for next year?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I haven\u2019t bothered with them in years.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Did anyone close to you give birth?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Not this year, pretty sure most of my loved one\\&#8217;s are done having babies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Did anyone close to you die?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>No, which is something I am thankful for.\u00a0 I did however loose a professor to suicide whom I had a deep respect for.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. What countries did you visit?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sadly I haven\\&#8217;t left Canada in a long, long time.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. What would you like to have in 2015that you lacked in 2014?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Being able to communicate in French on a more functional level.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. What dates from 2014 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>June 11th- The day I found out my dad had cancer.<\/p>\n<p>June 13th- The day I got fired from my job.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Getting A\\&#8217;s in all but one of my classes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>9. What was your biggest failure?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A stupid C in illustration but that\\&#8217;s BS.<\/p>\n<p><strong>10. Did you suffer illness or injury?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yes. Nothing too serious<\/p>\n<p><strong>11. What was the best thing you bought?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Camera gear \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><strong>12. Whose behavior merited celebration?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nick\\&#8217;s, that boy is nothing short of amazing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>My ex BIL along with a few other people who I shall not name.<\/p>\n<p><strong>14. Where did most of your money go?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>School &amp; camera gear.<\/p>\n<p><strong>15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>School actually.\u00a0 I\\&#8217;m really digging this whole university thing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>16. What song will always remind you of 2014?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Shake it off-Taylor Swift for no reason other than it\\&#8217;s a catchy song.<\/p>\n<p><strong>17. Compared to this time last year, are you: a) happier or sadder? b) thinner or fatter? c) richer or poorer?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I am mostly happier, fatter and richer in a non monetary way.<\/p>\n<p><strong>18. What do you wish you\u2019d done more of?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Practicing my craft (photography), reading more, learning more.<\/p>\n<p><strong>19. What do you wish you\u2019d done less of?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Being distracted, housework.\u00a0 Wasting time on things\/people\/places that didn\\&#8217;t really matter.<\/p>\n<p><strong>20. How did you spend Christmas?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I was in Ontario with my family &amp; friends and it was awesome! I had an exceptional Christmas this year!<\/p>\n<p><strong>21. Did you fall in love in 2014?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Every single day. &lt;3 Nick so very much<\/p>\n<p><strong>22. What was your favorite TV program?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Grey\u2019s &amp; The big bang theory<\/p>\n<p><strong>23. Do you hate anyone now that you didn\u2019t hate this time last year?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yes. I wouldn\\&#8217;t go far as to say hate but more despise I think would be appropriate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>24. What was the best book you read?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Composition: from snap shots to great shots.<\/p>\n<p><strong>25. What was your greatest musical discovery?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Can\\&#8217;t say I have one of those.<\/p>\n<p><strong>26. What did you want and get?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>More work done on my sleeve, which is now almost done!<\/p>\n<p>A shiny new camera and time with the people I love the most.<\/p>\n<p><strong>27. What did you want and not get?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This year, oddly enough I have nothing to add here. It\u2019s a good thing!<\/p>\n<p><strong>28. What was your favorite film of this year?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Didn\\&#8217;t really watch a lot of movies this year.\u00a0 Especially one\\&#8217;s that one would consider new but I did see Dear White people with Nick and we both enjoyed it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>29. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I turned 36 and had a small, yet fun gathering with family.<\/p>\n<p><strong>30. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Not being in debt and being done school<\/p>\n<p><strong>31. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2011?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yoga pants, hoodies and t-shirts.\u00a0 I live for comfort.\u00a0 Especially when I spend so much time taking pictures, editing and sitting in a classroom.<\/p>\n<p><strong>32. What kept you sane?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-My friends, most of my family. I honestly don\u2019t know what I would have done without them this year! I am so very fortunate to have such amazing people in my life!<\/p>\n<p>-Photography.<\/p>\n<p><strong>33. Which celebrity\/public figure did you fancy the most?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s not my style, I could care less about that sort of thing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>34. What political issue stirred you the most?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This year I paid scant attention to politics period.<\/p>\n<p><strong>35. Who did you miss?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jason as always.\u00a0 Nick when I\\&#8217;m on the road without him.<\/p>\n<p><strong>36. Who was the best new person you met?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I can\\&#8217;t pick just one, but I\\&#8217;ve met some really great people this year!<\/p>\n<p><strong>37. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2014.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>That people you thought you could trust can and will turn on you in an instant.<\/p>\n<p><strong>38.
